We use the data solely to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, arrange appointments, and carry out the requested service.

We process data based on consent, actions taken prior to concluding a contract, and legal obligations. We retain it only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes.

Data recipients

Data submitted through the forms and the callback request is transmitted via Google services (Google Apps Script and Google Workspace) to deliver the request to the workshop and to send an e-mail notification. If you choose to continue in WhatsApp, your message is processed in WhatsApp (Meta) under its terms. Microsoft Clarity analytics is loaded only after your consent. The site is hosted with a hosting provider. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Microsoft Clarity analytics

Only after you consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to assess website usability, heatmaps, and session recordings. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through “Privacy settings”. Microsoft acts as the analytics service provider. We use strict masking and additionally mask forms and contact details; we do not send Clarity the content of messages, phone numbers, email addresses, or vehicle details entered in forms.
