How long does a repair take and can I walk in? +

We accept walk-ins Monday–Friday 09:00–19:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. Minor work (oil change, diagnostics, PDR) is usually done the same day. Bodywork with paint and larger repairs — 2–3 working days. It is worth messaging us on WhatsApp beforehand so we can reserve a bay.

Which car brands do you service? +

We service all brands — from popular ones (Volkswagen, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes, Audi) to premium and sports cars (Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, Mini). We specialise in hybrid vehicles and cars that other garages consider difficult.

Do you issue VAT invoices and accept card payments? +

Yes — we issue VAT invoices for all services with a full specification of parts used. We accept cash, card and bank transfer.

Do you offer a replacement car during the repair? +

For longer repairs (bodywork, painting) we can help arrange a replacement car — contact us before your visit so we can check availability.

What does the repair warranty cover? +

Every repair is covered by a 12-month warranty — on PDR repairs, bodywork, paint and replaced parts. If the problem returns during the warranty period — we fix it free of charge.

How quickly can you quote a repair from a WhatsApp photo? +

We usually give an approximate quote from a photo within a few minutes during business hours. Photos should be taken in good light from several angles — this lets us assess the extent of the damage. A precise quote is always given after inspecting the vehicle in person.

Do you repair post-accident damage settled through insurance? +

Yes — we work with most insurance companies. We issue cost estimates and the documentation needed to settle the claim through the at-fault party's liability insurance or your own comprehensive (AC) policy. We'll help you through the formalities step by step.
