From the A-Class to the Sprinter — One Garage for the Whole Range
The convenience is that both a private Mercedes and a working Sprinter can be serviced in one place, by one team. For the passenger models (A, B, C, E, GLA, GLC and others), what matters is scheduled servicing, the condition of the diesel or petrol engine, the gearbox and the chassis. For the commercial Sprinter and Vito, reliability under load and a quick return to work come to the fore. The approach to each type differs, but the logistics for the owner are simple — everything in one garage.
Mercedes Diesels and AdBlue — What Matters
Most Mercedes on the road are diesels, and this is the main servicing topic. The modern OM-series engines (OM651 2.1, OM654 2.0, OM642 3.0 V6) are durable but need attention to the emissions system: the diesel particulate filter (DPF), the EGR valve and cooler, and the SCR system with AdBlue. On the early OM651, the injectors and the timing chain are also worth monitoring.
As with any diesel, problems arise more often on short city trips, when DPF regeneration does not complete, and also with poor-quality AdBlue. We diagnose and service this part in detail — from cleaning and checking the EGR to diagnosing the SCR system.
Mercedes Van Service and Repair — Sprinter, Vito, Citan
This is one of our key directions. The Sprinter is the backbone of many businesses in Silesia, and for it downtime is especially costly. We service the Sprinter, Vito and Citan, as well as the electric eSprinter and eVito. A lift with an 8-tonne capacity lets us take a loaded or heavy van — something not every garage can do.
For vans we carry out scheduled servicing, chassis and brake repairs under load, diesel and AdBlue work, diagnostics, bodywork and respraying. For companies and fleets we can agree on scheduled servicing to a timetable, so the vehicles break down suddenly less often.
Mercedes Hybrids and Electric Models
Mercedes develops plug-in hybrids (C300e, E300e, GLC300e and others), EQ Boost mild hybrids (48 V) and the EQ-line electric models (EQA, EQB, EQC and older). This is technology with a traction or assistance battery and power electronics. As a garage with hybrid expertise, we confidently diagnose this part — the battery, the charger and the electronics — and also handle brakes, suspension, bodywork and high-voltage system diagnostics.
