How long is the wait for a repair?+
Standard services (oil change, pads, diagnostics) are completed within 1–2 hours. Bigger repairs (engine, gearbox) — usually 1–3 business days. When we take in your car, we always give you an estimated timeframe.
Which makes do you service?+
We service all popular passenger car makes — European, Asian, and American. We specialize in premium and hybrid vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Toyota Hybrid, Lexus, and others).
Do you use genuine parts?+
Yes, we use genuine OEM parts or OE-class equivalents from certified suppliers. At the customer's request, we can install parts brought in by the customer — with the warranty excluded on those components.
Do you carry out regular service inspections?+
Yes, we carry out service according to the manufacturer's schedule — oil, filter, and fluid changes, timing belt replacement, and safety system checks. We also do seasonal and pre-purchase inspections.
Do you repair automatic gearboxes and DSG?+
Yes, we service automatic gearboxes, CVTs, and dual-clutch DSG/S-Tronic transmissions. We diagnose, flush, change gearbox oil, and mechanically repair faults.
Do you repair air conditioning?+
Yes, we service air conditioning systems: refrigerant recharge, cabin filter replacement, evaporator cleaning, and diagnosing leaks and compressor faults. We recommend an AC checkup once every 2 years.
Can I bring my own parts for installation?+
Yes, we accept parts supplied by the customer. However, we should note that we don't provide a warranty on the supplied components for such repairs — the warranty covers only the installation work performed.
Do you have a courtesy car?+
We don't offer courtesy cars directly, but we work with a local rental company and can help arrange a vehicle for the duration of the repair.
Do you service company cars and fleets?+
Yes, we serve both individual customers and businesses. We can arrange individual service terms for a fleet, including dedicated scheduling and discounts for regular cooperation.
