01 / Diagnostics

Diagnostics and technical inspection

Is diagnostics paid?+
A preliminary OBD2 diagnostic check when you drop off the car is free. Paid in-depth diagnostics (e.g., oscilloscope, actuator tests) starts from 80 PLN — we always let you know in advance.
What's the difference between OBD2 diagnostics and full diagnostics?+
OBD2 is a quick fault code reading — a good starting point, but not always enough. Full diagnostics includes dynamic tests, oscilloscope measurements, and real-time parameter analysis. Together they give a complete picture of the vehicle's condition.
How long does diagnostics take?+
A basic OBD2 diagnostic check takes 15–30 minutes. Extended diagnostics with actuator tests and live parameter analysis — from 1 to 2 hours. The time depends on the complexity of the fault and the number of systems to check.
Do you do pre-purchase inspections for used cars?+
Yes, we offer a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection. We check the technical condition, the paint (thickness gauge), the body, and the fault history. The service costs from 200 PLN — it can save you thousands of zlotys.
What does a technical condition inspection cover?+
We check the brake system, suspension, steering, engine and gearbox, operating fluids, lighting, tires, and body condition. After the inspection you receive a written report with results and recommendations.
Do you repair hybrids and electric cars?+
We service hybrid cars (Toyota, Lexus, Honda) for standard repairs and diagnostics. We service electric cars (BEV) mechanically and for bodywork — repairs to the traction system require a specialist certification.
Do you diagnose ADAS and safety systems?+
Yes, we calibrate and diagnose ADAS systems: adaptive cruise control, lane assist, AEB, and parking sensors. Calibration is required after windshield or bumper replacement, or after post-accident repair.
Will I get a printout of the diagnostic results?+
Yes, after every diagnostic check we issue a report with the codes read, faults found, and recommended actions. You can receive the report on paper or by email.
02 / Service

Service and mechanical repair

How long is the wait for a repair?+
Standard services (oil change, pads, diagnostics) are completed within 1–2 hours. Bigger repairs (engine, gearbox) — usually 1–3 business days. When we take in your car, we always give you an estimated timeframe.
Which makes do you service?+
We service all popular passenger car makes — European, Asian, and American. We specialize in premium and hybrid vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Toyota Hybrid, Lexus, and others).
Do you use genuine parts?+
Yes, we use genuine OEM parts or OE-class equivalents from certified suppliers. At the customer's request, we can install parts brought in by the customer — with the warranty excluded on those components.
Do you carry out regular service inspections?+
Yes, we carry out service according to the manufacturer's schedule — oil, filter, and fluid changes, timing belt replacement, and safety system checks. We also do seasonal and pre-purchase inspections.
Do you repair automatic gearboxes and DSG?+
Yes, we service automatic gearboxes, CVTs, and dual-clutch DSG/S-Tronic transmissions. We diagnose, flush, change gearbox oil, and mechanically repair faults.
Do you repair air conditioning?+
Yes, we service air conditioning systems: refrigerant recharge, cabin filter replacement, evaporator cleaning, and diagnosing leaks and compressor faults. We recommend an AC checkup once every 2 years.
Can I bring my own parts for installation?+
Yes, we accept parts supplied by the customer. However, we should note that we don't provide a warranty on the supplied components for such repairs — the warranty covers only the installation work performed.
Do you have a courtesy car?+
We don't offer courtesy cars directly, but we work with a local rental company and can help arrange a vehicle for the duration of the repair.
Do you service company cars and fleets?+
Yes, we serve both individual customers and businesses. We can arrange individual service terms for a fleet, including dedicated scheduling and discounts for regular cooperation.
03 / Bodywork

Bodywork and body repair

Do you repair post-accident damage?+
Yes, we handle post-accident bodywork — from small dents to serious structural damage. We work with insurers to settle claims.
How long does bodywork repair take?+
A minor body correction (one dent) — 1–2 days. Post-accident repair of several panels — 3–7 business days. When we take in the vehicle, we give you the exact completion date.
What is the PDR method and when can it be used?+
PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) removes dents using special tools from inside the panel, without damaging the paint. It can be used when the dent has no paint cracks or sharp edges. The result is immediate and invisible.
Can you fix dents without repainting?+
Yes — with the PDR method we remove dents without repainting, as long as the paint isn't damaged. It's a faster and cheaper option, from 200 PLN per dent.
Do you replace body panels?+
Yes, we replace doors, fenders, bumpers, hoods, trunk lids, and sills. We install genuine or OE-class parts — we'll advise you on what's more cost-effective for your vehicle.
Do you work with the insurer on a claim?+
Yes, we help with the claims process for both comprehensive and third-party insurance. We prepare a cost estimate, photo documentation, and contact the claims adjuster. We can settle the repair cashless once agreed with the insurer.
Do you check the body geometry after a post-accident repair?+
Yes, after every post-accident repair we measure the body geometry on a measuring bench. This guarantees the vehicle's safety and correct panel alignment — key to the durability of the repair.
Do you repair rust and corrosion?+
Yes, we handle rust removal and body protection. We cut out damaged sheet metal, weld in patches, fill, and paint. We use anti-corrosion agents to protect the sills and floor.
04 / Painting

Painting and paint correction

How much does bumper painting cost?+
Bumper painting starts from 400 PLN — the price depends on the make of the vehicle, the color (metallic/pearl/solid), and the surface condition. We always give you a quote before starting work.
How long does painting take?+
Painting a single panel (bumper, door) — usually 2–3 business days. A whole car — from 5–10 business days depending on the scope of work and bodywork correction needed.
Do you match the paint color?+
Yes, we have a spectrophotometer and a paint mixing system. We select the color based on the code from the nameplate and adjust it to the current condition of the vehicle's original paint.
What is paint correction?+
Paint correction removes micro-scratches, swirl marks, and dullness through machine polishing. The result: the paint looks like new. The service costs from 400 PLN per panel, from 1800 PLN for a whole car.
Do you apply ceramic coatings?+
Yes, we offer ceramic coating application after paint correction. The coating protects against scratches, brake dust, and UV radiation — lasting from 2 to 5 years depending on the product.
Do you paint the whole car?+
Yes, we do complete repaints — a color change or restoration of the original paint. We use a paint booth with a filtration system, which ensures dust-free conditions and the highest coating quality.
How can I check if the paint has been repaired before?+
We use a paint thickness gauge that measures the coating thickness on every panel. Factory paint is typically 90–130 µm. Higher readings indicate a repair, lower ones — sanding or rust under the layer.
Do you fix scratches and paint chips?+
Yes. We can fix minor scratches and stone chips locally — spot touch-up or polish correction without a full repaint. A faster and cheaper option when the damage is limited to a small area.
What paint brands do you use?+
We use paints from reputable brands (Standox, Sikkens, Glasurit). We mix colors on-site according to the formula and calibrate with a spectrophotometer to match the vehicle's current shade — the result is always precisely matched.

06 / Prices

Prices and payment

Is the quote free?+
Yes, quotes for our services are free. Before starting any work, we always present a cost estimate — we never start work without your approval. For post-accident repairs, we prepare documentation for the insurer.
Can I pay by card?+
Yes, we accept cash, card (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfer. We issue a receipt or a VAT invoice.
Do you issue VAT invoices?+
Yes, we issue VAT invoices to individuals and businesses. Please let us know you need an invoice when dropping off the vehicle, or at the latest when picking it up.
Are the prices on the website binding?+
The prices on the website are estimates — the final quote depends on the vehicle's condition, the extent of the damage, and the materials used. We give you the exact price after an inspection or after you describe the fault.
Are there any hidden costs?+
No. We work transparently — before every job you receive a cost estimate with labor and material prices. If an additional fault is discovered during the repair, we let you know and ask for approval before expanding the scope.
Is payment in installments possible?+
For more expensive repairs (over 2000 PLN) we can arrange an individual schedule — a deposit upfront, the rest on pickup of the vehicle. We discuss the details individually before starting work.
Are insurance repairs more expensive?+
No — service prices are the same regardless of the payment method. For insurance repairs, we help prepare the cost estimate and handle correspondence with the insurer.
Do you offer discounts for regular customers?+
Yes, we value our loyal customers. We offer regular customers preferential prices and priority scheduling. Companies and fleets can benefit from individually negotiated cooperation terms.
07 / Warranty

Warranty and quality of work

Do you give a warranty on repairs?+
Yes. We provide a warranty on all repairs we perform — standard 12 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first). For bodywork and paint repairs — 12 months.
What does the paint warranty cover?+
The warranty covers workmanship defects: paint delamination, blistering, uneven coating, and color-matching errors. It doesn't cover mechanical damage, scratches, or chemical damage occurring after pickup.
How do I use the warranty?+
Just contact us and describe the problem. We'll arrange a visit, assess the fault, and if it's covered by the warranty — we'll fix it free of charge. Keep proof of the service performed (receipt or invoice).
Do you use certified materials?+
Yes, we use only certified materials from recognized manufacturers (Standox, Sikkens, 3M, Spies Hecker). Using professional materials is the foundation of a durable repair and a condition of an effective warranty.
How do you check quality before returning the car?+
Every vehicle goes through a final inspection: we check the paint quality under direct light, coating thickness with a thickness gauge, body geometry, and panel alignment. Only after a positive inspection do we tell the customer it's ready.
Does the warranty apply when installing customer-supplied parts?+
The labor warranty always applies. Parts supplied by the customer are not covered by warranty — we can't be responsible for the quality of components we didn't order or inspect.
How do I know the repair is good quality?+
We invite you to inspect the vehicle with our technician before pickup. We show you the completed work, explain the technologies used, and answer your questions. We also present paint thickness measurements before and after the repair.
Do you have experience with premium vehicles?+
Yes, we specialize in servicing premium vehicles: BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, and others. We work with diagnostic tools dedicated to these makes and use technologies that comply with manufacturers' requirements.
