Does PDR work on every dent?
+
No — PDR is effective when the paint isn't damaged and the dent has no sharp edges. We check every dent before quoting and honestly tell you whether PDR is possible.
Is a dent visible after PDR repair?
+
When done correctly, the PDR result should be unnoticeable. We work with proper lighting and use LED lamps to check quality after every stage of the work.
Does the paint lose its manufacturer's warranty after PDR?
+
No. Since we don't touch the paint, the factory warranty stays intact. This is one of the main reasons PDR is the preferred method.
How long does dent repair take?
+
PDR repair of a small or medium dent usually takes 1–3 hours. You can wait on-site. Bodywork with painting — 2–3 business days.
Do you repair hail damage?
+
Yes — hail dents are one of the most common PDR cases. For extensive hail damage we can offer a repair of the whole roof or panel at a favorable price.
Can I come without an appointment?
+
Yes, we accept walk-ins, but we recommend calling or messaging on WhatsApp beforehand — especially for larger repairs, so we can reserve a slot at a specific time.
Can PDR be used on aluminum body panels?
+
Yes, but aluminum behaves differently than steel — it's more elastic and harder to work with. PDR repairs on aluminum are possible, but require more experience and specialized tools. We let you know before quoting if the panel is aluminum.
How many dents can be repaired with PDR in one visit?
+
There's no formal limit — we can repair several dents in one day if time allows. For larger numbers of dents (e.g. after hail) we quote the whole job together and often offer a better package price.
Will dent repair affect my car's resale value?
+
Quite the opposite — a dent repaired with PDR keeps the factory paint, which buyers and appraisers value more highly than a repainted panel. A paint thickness gauge will show the original paint thickness, which increases the car's credibility. Traditional repair (with painting) is sometimes necessary for more serious damage and is still better than leaving the damage unrepaired.
What does the estimate look like — is it free?
+
The estimate is always free and non-binding. You can send a photo of the dent via WhatsApp — we'll give you an approximate price. An exact quote happens after an in-person inspection of the vehicle, because photos don't always convey the depth and extent of the damage.
Does insurance cover the cost of dent repair?
+
It depends on the type of insurance. Comprehensive coverage (AC) usually covers accident and hail damage — it's worth checking your policy's terms. For damage under the at-fault driver's liability insurance, the repair cost is covered by the at-fault party's insurer. We issue the documents and invoices needed to settle the claim with the insurer.
What if the dent is on an edge or near a doorsill?
+
Dents on edges, folds, and doorsills are the hardest for PDR — the metal there is twice as hard due to the factory stamping process. In such cases we assess individually: some dents can be removed with PDR, others need bodywork. We always present both options with pricing before starting the work.
